ALL ARE INVITED TO TAKE PART IN NATIONAL UNITY DAY QUIZ

On the occasion of celebrating the “National Unity day” on 31^st October, Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education has decided to conduct online quiz competitions for youth and children through MyGov platform.

The Quiz competition is designed to promote Indian knowledge, traditions and practices for strengthening awareness about our rich heritage and also develop in children a pride for the contributions made in diverse fields.

Gratification

1. Participation Certificates will be issued to all the participants.
2. “Certificate of Merit” shall be issued to the children scoring more that 75% correct answers by NCERT.
3. “Certificate of Merit” shall only be given to top scoring youth and children (ages 25 and below).

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. The quiz will be in bilingual format i.e. English and Hindi.
 
2. Duration of the quiz will be 5 minutes (300 seconds), during which a maximum of 20 questions can be answered.
 
3. There will be no negative marking for the incorrect answer. Participants can view their score after the last date of the quiz.
 
4. Only Indian Citizens aged 11 years and above can participate in the quiz. Certificate of Merit shall only be given to top scoring youth and children (ages 25 and below).
 
5. An individual can participate only once in the quiz.
 
6. The criteria for selecting successful winners will be “Maximum Correct Answers in the Shortest Time”.
 
7. Any individual who desires to participate in the quiz will be required to provide his/her name, date of birth, correspondence address, email address and mobile number.
 
8. The same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz.
